At the heart of the project lies in the existing hospital and its future expansion. Just a stone throw away are the residential and common leisure areas where the community will be built.
In the development will arise –the hospital extension, a dormitory block, a hotel and several apartments that are located organically throughout the site respecting the solar orientation, wind direction and sea views.

The whole complex in turn is interconnected by a large green platform, which gives importance to pedestrian traffic and would translate to strong social interactions built amongst and between the residents and the guests of ARC.
