BIOTECH FARMS COMMUNITY

Biotech Community is designed as a masterplan for a farming and technological community in a lot of 78,000 sq.m. The whole community contains different areas: transportation hub, university concessionaire, services area, centro area with the main building, agri-driving school, nursing homes and dormitories.
The Main Building of the project will support the activities of an interpretation center, center of excellence, offices and a ball room. To maximize the farming areas, the main building of the masterplan grown up in vertical, with a total area of 15,339 sq. m. divide in six stories.
The design of that building transmits a brutalist and flexible building at the same time. An open Ground Floor provide to the masterplan a cover and multipurpose space. The rest of the stories have an adaptable layout for different activities.
Finally, an iconic shape and structure create the ball room. Like a focal point from all the perspectives of the masterplan.
